Good morning everyone! SWIFTers are currently residing at the Dean home in Thornton, Colorado. Yesterday, SWIFT stayed at the Black Forest Inn in Rapid City, South Dakota. Big thank you to the Rapid City Parents Club and Bob & Betty for setting this up! We had an amazing, home cooked dinner and breakfast. Our stay was great. SWIFT then visited Stevens High School to speak to physics students about weather and severe storms. After Stevens High School, SWIFT took off for Colorado. Before leaving the great state of South Dakota, we stopped at Mount Rushmore. What a beautiful sight! After leaving South Dakota, we entered Wyoming; and six hours later, we arrived in Colorado. We stayed at the Dean Residence in Colorado last night. We are currently deciding where SWIFT will venture next!
